Born in Alton, IL, he was the son of the late Frank Leonard Hauversburk and Wilma Schoen Hauversburk. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Linda Kungilies and Sharon Fowler. Frank was very active in the Macon County Senior Games, loved to fish and bowl and was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Edwina Faye Hauversburk; three sons, Daniel Frank Hauversburk of Crawfordville, FL, Jerry Allen Hauversburk and wife Laurie of Havana, FL and Michael Jay Hauversburk and wife Tracy of Panama City, FL; four sisters, Natalie Doyle of Alton, IL, Mary Lou Layton of Princeton, IL, Diana Porter of Alton, IL and Debra Sue Salingas of Crown Point, IN; six grandchildren, Brenna Marie Hauversburk, Daniel Frank Hauversburk, Jr., Rhett Tucker Hauversburk, Nicholas Allen Hauversburk, Jacob Michael Hauversburk and Jared Owen Hauversburk; great-grandson, Blake West; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 22 in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
