Born in Dillon, SC, she was the daughter of the late Sam Webster and Mae Bell Carter Webster. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Boyd Herring and second husband, Walter Henry; four sons, Boyd, Jimmy, Johnny and Sammy and four brothers, Howard, Kenneth, Walker and Eugene. Louise was a faithful member of Ellijay Baptist Church and she enjoyed gospel music.
She is survived by her daughter, Jannette Cox of Charleston, SC; step daughter, Leesa Henry Manley and husband James of Highlands; three sisters, Elizabeth Dillon of Dillon, SC, Clara Maddox of Charleston, SC and Betty Ruth Burkhart of Cheraw, SC; fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was held at 3 p.m., Tuesday, June 10, at Ellijay Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Rick Potts and Rev. Neil Moore officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m., Tuesday, at the church.
Pallbearers were Jack Henry, Randy Rogers, Bob Davidson, Wesley Peek, Bobby Henry and Morlon Bowman.
