Helen Drown Bilger, 83, of Franklin, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2014. 

Born in Peabody, MA, she was the daughter of the late Henry Eugene Drown and Blanche Bascom Drown. Helen retired from Florida Power where she worked as a data entry operator. She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church.  Helen enjoyed her doll collection (she had over 55 dolls), was a NASCAR fan, enjoyed reading, loved her pets and took care of a lot of stray cats and dogs.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Clifford Bilger, and several nieces and nephews. 

Memorial service was held at 4 p.m., Sunday, April 6, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home, with Father Tien Duong officiating. The family received friends from 3-4 p.m. prior to the service.
