FRANKLIN - Patsy Lynette Ukele passed away at Mission Health in Asheville with her family at her side on Sunday night, Sept. 13, 2020, from digestive complications.
Patsy was born on Nov. 26, 1948 to John and Evelyn Harbaugh of North Liberty, Indiana. She resided in Franklin since 2002.
She is survived by her husband Dennis Ukele; daughter, Denise Starks; and granddaughter, Nicole Starks.
Vibrant, she spent her lifetime caring for others, taking her love to all. She had many accomplishments and skills as a homemaker and in business, and she treated everyone as an equal, always being vigilant for her family.
