FRANKLIN - Kathleen Jean Couch Dills, 57, died Friday, March 13, 2020.

A funeral service was held Saturday, March 21 at Panco Community Church Church in Oneida, Kentucky. The Rev. Jerry Rice officiated. Burial was in the Haystack Cemetery. The family received friends Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Macon Funeral Home.
