ARDEN – Jessie Ruth “Tootsie” Stewart Williams, 94, passed away Jan. 19, 2021.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021 at the Longview Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the MANNA Food Bank, 627 Swannanoa River Road, Asheville, NC 28805.
Bryant-Grant Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Williams family.
